With in-house design support and trusted offshore supply-chain partnerships, we bring your boldest ideas to life while making sure every product meets our high standards for quality, sustainability, and consistency.
The process
1. Share your vision Tell us what you’d like to create — whether it’s a cap, tote bag, socks, tea towel, or something completely new. Our team will guide you through options for materials, finishes, and packaging to get your idea ready for production.
2. Approve your proof We create a detailed proof covering design, fabric selection, Pantone colours, finishes, and packaging. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting with no hidden costs.
3. Production & fulfilment Once approved, we manage everything: sampling, bulk manufacturing, shipping, and fulfilment. Your order will be delivered on time and retail-ready.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs)
Each product type has its own MOQ for offshore manufacturing:
Caps – 50 units
Socks – 100 units (MOQ varies depending on specs)
Tea towels (fully custom) – 250 units
Tote bags – 500 units
Pins – 100 units
Patches – 100 units
Woven pips/tags – 250 units
Sampling options
Photo sample – provided at no extra charge.
Physical sample – available for a small courier fee (recommended for accuracy).
Free physical sample – provided for orders over 500 units before bulk production.
Lead times
Lead times vary depending on the product and freight option:
Air freight – approx. 4–8 weeks (including production).
Sea freight – approx. 8–13 weeks (including production and shipping).
