Minimum order quantities

This explains why we have minumum order quantities (MOQ).

We get asked a lot about why we have minimum order quantities (MOQs). The short answer: it comes down to setup time, cost, and the machinery we use. Our equipment is designed for professional, large-volume runs, which means it takes the same amount of work to set up for 5 items as it does for 50. By setting minimums, we keep your cost per item down while making sure our team can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Here’s a breakdown of our minimums:

  • Screen printing: 24 units minimum (50 units for tote bags, 100 units for tea towels)

  • Embroidery: 12 units for outerwear, 24 units for everything else

  • Heat transfers: 24 units minimum (50 units for tote bags)

  • Offshore bespoke manufacturing: MOQs vary depending on the product – headwear starts from 50 units, while custom socks are 100 and tea towels start from250+
