### Initial Enquiry

You can supply a brief so we can offer a range of merch ideas that might be suitable.

*Tip:* The more detail you include (quantity, garments, artwork, deadline), the faster we can get started.

### Quote Provided

Our team reviews your brief and sends you a tailored quote based on your print method, product choices, and quantity. We will also provide alternative product & decoration options that we feel best suit your job.&#x20;

### Order Confirmation&#x20;

Once you’re happy with the quote:

* You confirm the order
* We provide a scaled mockup
* You send us the order specifics (garment colours, sizes, quantities, artwork details)
* We can provide physical samples if required

### Artwork Proofing

We create a digital proof showing your artwork placement, size, and colours on your chosen product. As well as the product type, sizes, quantities and when you require the job delivered.&#x20;

* You receive a digital proof to sign & return or you can request changes
* Invoice is sent for cash customers
* Once the invoice is paid & the proof is signed, your job will get underway

### Production

Once your proof is approved and payment is confirmed, your job moves into production.

This may include:

* Bespoke Merch (physical samples for approval are optional)
* Screen printing
* Embroidery
* Heat transfers
* Relabelling & Finishing
* Or a mix!

Standard turnaround: 5–10 working days, rush options available (extra charges may apply).&#x20;

### Quality Check & Dispatch

Every order is checked by our production and dispatch team before leaving our facility.

You'll receive:

* A dispatch confirmation
* Courier tracking details

### Delivery

Your branded goods are on their way!

NZ delivery:

* 1–3 working days (non-rural)
* 3–5 working days (rural)

We also ship internationally on request.
