# Garment Care

Each decoration method is designed to last, but a lill bit of love will help maintain colour, shape and detail over time.

#### Washing

* cold wash only
* turn garment inside out before washing to protect prints and embroidery
* wash with similar colours using a mild detergent
* avoid bleach and harsh stain removers
* do not soak

#### Drying

* line dry in shade for best result
* avoid tumble drying where possible, as heat can shorten the life of prints and transfers
* keep garments out of prolonged direct sunlight while drying

#### Ironing

* do not iron directly over prints or Supacolour transfers
* iron inside out on a low heat setting if needed
* embroidery can be lightly ironed from the reverse side

**A note on decoration**

Screen printing, heat transfers and embroidery are physical processes. Slight variations in texture or finish are normal and part of what makes decorated garments unique. Following these care instructions will help keep your garment looking sharp for years to come.
