Initial Enquiry
You get in touch with us — via our website, email, phone, or by submitting a quote form. You can supply a brief so we can offer a range of merch ideas that might be suitable.
Tip: The more detail you include (quantity, garments, artwork, deadline), the faster we can get started.
Artwork Proofing
We create a digital proof showing your artwork placement, size, and colours on your chosen product. As well as the product type, sizes, quantities and when you require the job delivered.
You receive a digital proof to sign & return or you can request changes
Invoice is sent for cash customers
Once the invoice is paid & the proof is signed, your job will get underway
Production
Once your proof is approved and payment is confirmed, your job moves into production.
This may include:
Bespoke Merch (physical samples for approval are optional)
Screen printing
Embroidery
Heat transfers
Relabelling & Finishing
Or a mix!
Standard turnaround: 5–10 working days, rush options available (extra charges may apply).
